2 onions chopped
2 cans clam
2-3 potatoes cut to bite size and cooked
3 can condensed milk
2 sticks of butter (1 ˝ sticks might work for a bit lighter version)
*Add skim milk to top off if needed.

Directions:

Sauté onions and clams in ˝ stick of butter.
Add cooked potatoes and milk and remaining butter.
Heat over medium high but DO NOT boil.
