Crust:
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons butter

Filling:
1 cup sugar
3 8 ounce cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs

Topping:
1-2 cups sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Melt butter
Add to crumbs & sugar
Pat firmly into 9 spring-form pan

Filling:
Mix sugar, cream cheese, vanilla & eggs - mix well
Pour into crust.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes
Do NOT turn off oven

Topping:
Top cheesecake with 1 to 2 cups sour cream
Return to oven for another 5 minutes

Let cake cool
Top with favorite toppings
Chill
