2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup softened butter
1 tsp white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven 325º Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Stir bananas, milk and cinnamon in another bowl. Beat butter and sugar in a third bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs to butter mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir banana mixture into butter mixture. Stir in dry mixture until blended. Fold in chocolate or nuts until combined.

Bake for 70 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan
