1 lb. round steak or london broil
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 small onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 package egg noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into bite size pieces. Brown in butter with the onions. Pour off the excess grease. Add mushrooms, sour cream and soup. Stir together and let simmer. Serve over prepared noodles.
