- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Melt sugar and water (1 tbsp) in double boiler.

Mix the 1 tbsp water with coffee powder in tiny cup to liquify, then when sugar melts, add coffee, then take off the double boiler and add chocolate chips.

Wait till mixture is cool, then add to whip cream (may add a tsp or more water if needed)
