- (1) 4 oz. tin or 114ml of Jalapeņo Peppers
- 2/3 cup green peppers, seeds removed
- 5 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 bottle certo (or 2 packages)
- Green food colouring (to preference)

Directions:
Directions:
Place green peppers, jalapeņos, and 3/4 cup of vinegar in blender and mix.

Strain through a jelly cloth and save juice only. Add remaining vinegar and sugar. Bring to boil slowly. Add certo and boil for 1min. Add food colouring and put in sterile jars. Add paraffin wax to seal tops completely.

*makes 7 salmon jars
