- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 Valencia oranges
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 7 big strawberries
- 1 cucumber
- 3 tbsp of fresh oregano
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Dressing:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- pinch sea salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen strawberries with 2 tsp water for 10min

Blend to make strawberry puree

Mix puree with lemon juice and cayenne pepper

Cut up all salad ingredients and mix in a bowl

Pour dressing over salad, enjoy!
