8-10 large potatoes (boil & mash)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Stick of butter
Directions:
Directions:
Spray Pam on 9x13 glass casserole
Mix all ingredients and place into casserole dish
Sprinkle paprika lightly over all
Add butter squares to top

You can refrigerate overnight--cover with plastic wrap

Uncover and bake in oven @ 350º for 30-35 minutes
