Ingredients:  
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1-10oz. can beef broth soup
- 1-14oz. can tomatoes (blended)
- 4 cups water
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Worchester sauce
- Spices: thyme, basil, salt, pepper, parsley, dill, rosemary, celery salt (whatever you like, to taste)
- 1/4 cup barley (washed)
- 1 carrot
- Assorted veggies: Asparagus, Broccoli, Cauliflower, frozen peas and corn
- Flour (to thicken)
- Beef (usually left over roast beef or steak)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper, celery until soft, in margarine.

Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil, cook until veggies are soft.
