Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
- 1 can italian tomato sauce (large)
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (large)
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic (I use 5-6)
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
- chili peppers to taste
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 tsp sugar (or to taste)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can clams or ground hamburger

In a fry pan sauté the next ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 12 mushrooms, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil

Simmer for as long as you can, the longer the better

You may then add clams, and the clam juice, to thicken, simmer (can replace clams with hamburger)

Penne is best when used with Clam recipe
