1# bacon
3# hamburger
2 onions
1/2 stalk celery
2-4 apples or small jar applesauce
3 cups plain bread crumbs
3 eggs
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon til crisp and remove from pan
In same pan, cook hamburger and remove
Then cook onions and celery til tender
Crumble bacon into small pieces.
Combine bacon, hamburger, onions and celery
Add bread crumbs, eggs, apples or apple sauce

If too dry, add some of the bacon grease

For a large turkey, double recipe.
