1/4 cup butter
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tbsp. cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter until soft
2. Add sugar, vanilla, cream; beat until light, fluffy
3. Pack into a cookie gun or decorating pouch

Note: This icing is just the right consistency for perfect decorating, whether colored or plain. To add flavoring, omit vanilla, add a few drops of peppermint, wintergreen, orange or other flavoring to correspond with desired color.
