1 large fryer or chicken breast and boneless thighs
1 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. diced bell pepper
2 tbsp. diced onions
2 tbsp. diced pimento
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Boil fryer till tender - cool and remove meat from bones. Dice chicken and mix everything together. Top with 2 cups crushed potato chips. Bake 20 minutes at 400º.

I double this recipe and put in 13x9 dish. Also, I baked for about 15 minutes, then add crushed chips. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
