Ingredients:  
3 large Almonte chopped tomatoes (other brands are too sweet)
4 cucumbers (peeled and chopped)
1/2 red onion (minced)
3 tablespoon garlic (minced)
1 bunch cilantro (minced)
1 bottle fat free Italian Dressing
1/8 Key Lime Juice
1 can black olives (mostly drained and chopped)
1/2 can chopped jalapenos with juice
garlic salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce garlic in a little extra olive oil. Mix everything and let marinate in fridge. Makes a large bowl. Eat with tortilla chips.

I could eat a big bowl of this with a bag of tortilla chips. It is a good thing this recipe makes a really big bowl of healthy goodness.
