2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can crushed pineapple - large
2 eggs

ICING:
1 stick butter
1 can Milnot (most of it)
1 c. sugar (bit more)
1 egg yolk - beaten
Coconut
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, and baking soda. Add pineapple and eggs. Mix together. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Pour in pan - bake at 300º for 35-40 minutes. ICING: In pan, mix butter, Milnot, sugar, and egg yolk. Boil for 10 minutes. Cool. Add some coconut and nuts. Spread on cooled cake.

Ollie Mae has fixed this dessert many times for church functions. It has come to be known as her "Funeral Cake". I added Gigi to the title because that is what her Great Granddaughter Jalee calls her.
