Directions:
Drain and rinse pickles. Quarter them ( or smaller if you like), and return to jar.

Heat to boiling 4 1/2 cups of sugar
2 cups of vinegar
1 cup water
Then remove from heat. Add 2 heaping cups of prepared horseradish ( go to Smart n final for the best horseradish. )

Drain the juice out of the pickles again, otherwise you will not have enough room for the horseradish brine !!!
Pour horseradish brine over the pickles.
Add 3 cloves of garlic, slivered
You can add 1/2 - 3/4 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes if you like things "hot!!!"
Close jar tight and shake to mix it all up.
Refrigerate at least 6 hrs. before using !!

Personal Notes:
Try these pickles with a grilled hot dog !! You won't be disappointed . My dad had people begging for more. He would take jars down to the pool to give away to all of his pool buddies.
