1-2 Chicken breasts(boneless, skinnless)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 Cup or so fine bread crumbs( Progresso is a good brand)
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Slice chicken breasts into long skinny strips. Dip them into melted butter and then in the mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan and garlic salt. Cover them on all sides. Place on a cookie sheet ungreased and bake for 15-20 min. Watch them and turn over half way thru. Can eat alone or use Ranch dip!

I would make this for the kids before we would go out or when we would have some seafood that they didn't like. Can also be cut into chunks and use as an appetizer
