2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, shredded
1 C celery, chopped
2 (28oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (16oz) can pinto beans, drained (Olive Garden uses kidney beans ... eew)
1 (16oz) can great northern white beans, drained
4 C beef stock
3 tsp oregano
2 tsp black pepper
5 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1 (20oz) jar Prego traditional spaghetti sauce
8 oz Ditali pasta

Directions:
Directions:
In a large soup pot, brown the ground meat. Drain fat and add all ingredients except the pasta. Cook on low for 3-4 hour (Cover with tight lid). Cook pasta according to package, drain and add to soup.
