Base:
2 cups graham crumbs
1/2 cup butter
Mix together (save some for topping). Press into 9"x9" pan. Bake @ 350 for 10 min.
Filling:
1 lb cream cheese
1 cup less 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix well and spread over baked crumb crust. sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 mins
