1 c. raw chopped cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
set aside

Combine:
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Mix:
beaten egg
3/4 c. sour milk
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add liquid mixture all at once. Mix.

Add cranberries, mixing slightly. Fill baking cups 2/3 full.

Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
