2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1 T. vinegar plus milk to make 1/2 c. liquid
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Bake at 350º for 60-70 minutes or until done. Remove from pan. Cool several hours or overnight before slicing.
