1½ Lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 Cup Milk
3 Slices Bread, torn into small pieces
1 Pkg Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Egg, Beaten
¼ Cup Chopped Onion
½ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Pepper
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
1 small can tomato sauce
½ Cup Ketchup
Chopped Bell Pepper (optional)





Directions:
Directions:
Place bread pieces in small bowl. Pour milk over bread and set aside until the bread soaks up the milk.
Brown hamburger meat in a skillet and drain off excess grease. Place browned hamburger meat in medium bowl and add all other ingredients, except ketchup, and mix well.
Place liner in crock pot and add the mixture forming a loaf in bottom of crock pot.
Spread ketchup on top of meat loaf. Cover and cook on low heat 3 to 4 hours or until done.
Remove meat loaf from crock pot and place on serving platter. Cut into pieces to serve.
