4-5 Large Chicken Breast
3 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 8 oz. Carton Sour Cream
¼ Cup Chicken Broth
3 Cylinders Ritz Crackers
1½ Sticks Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Boil Chicken; save broth. Remove bone from chicken; shred. Place chicken in bottom of large 9x13x2" cooking dish. Mix soup, sour cream, and chicken broth, and heat until well blended; pour over chicken. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Melt margarine and pour over crackers. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

This is a very good casserole. Serve with green salad and garlic bread. This recipe came from Mary Jane Mitchell, my sister-in-law and Sonia's aunt. In case you haven't guessed...Mary Jane is a really good cook!
