3 T Butter or Margarine
4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts pounded
1 t Dried Oregano
1/4 t Pepper
4 Thin Slices Prosciutto
4 Slices Mozzarella
1/4 C Dry White Wine

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken ad cook 3 minutes on each side. Season with oregano and pepper.

Place a slice of prosciutto and then a slice of cheese on each breast. Drizzle the wine over all. Cover pan and cook 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
