DRESSING:
1/2 t salt
Dash Pepper
2 T Sugar
2 T Vinegar
1/4 c. Salad Oil
1 T Parsley [Chopped]

SALAD:
Romaine Lettuce
1 C. Celery
2 Green Onions
1 Can Mandarin Oranges Drained

SLICED ALMONDS:
1/4 C. Sliced Almonds
1 1/2 T Sugar

DRESSING:
Mix All ingredients in a jar and refrigerate.

SALAD:
Place all salad ingredients in a plastic bag and refrigerate to crisp.

ALMONDS:
Place sugar in a pan. Melt. Watch it will burn. Add almonds to coat and heat until Almonds are coated and lightly browned. Remove to a paper plate to cool.

To assemble throw all ingredients [dressing, almonds, and oranges] into the bag containing the green. Shake and pour into a serving bowl!
