16 lg. tomatoes, peeled, chopped
2 Green Peppers
10 Hot Peppers (variety) Chopped. Use your discretion
2 Onions Chopped
1 lg. Tomato Paste
1 Cup Cider Vinegar

Season with salt and pepper.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Fill jars and process 30 minutes for pints. 40 minutes for quarts.
