round steak
flour
salt & pepper
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 C chopped carrot
2 T chopped onion
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 C shredded processed American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into portions. Flour meat and add salt and pepper. Brown meat in oil.
Place meat in baking dish. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese). Cook and stir until mixture boils. Pour over meat, cover and bake at 350º 2 hours or until tender. Top with cheese and return to oven for a few minutes.

I always double the tomatoes, carrots, celery and w. sauce. Of course add more cheese.
