2 cups of cooked rice
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
¾ cup mayonnaise
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 ½ cups chopped celery or 1 tbsp. dried celery leaves
1 clove garlic or 1 small onion finely chopped
1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup unsalted chicken broth
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
Toasted slivered almonds if desired.
May add peas or corn.
Do Not Add Salt

Cook the rice in chicken broth.
Mix all ingredients.
Put into casserole dish.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
