1 lb. brown sugar ( 2 c rounded & packed)
1 lb butter (4 cubes)
Pretzels, amount desired
4 bags butter flavor microwave popcorn, popped
3 - 12oz bags Nestle white chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together popped popcorn & pretzels in a BIG bowl & set aside.
In a medium sauce pan combine butter & brown sugar & heat to "hard crack" stage (290ºF)
stirring constantly. Pour over popcorn & pretzels & stir until everything evenly coated & hardened. Melt white chocolate carefully in a saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly, or in a 200º oven.
White chocolate doesn't melt well in a microwave. Pour melted white chocolate over popcorn mixture & stir until evenly coated. Cool on waxed paper
