1 1/2 lb. pork steak, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
2/3 can of green chilies (to taste)
1 4 oz. can of mushrooms & juice
1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
2-3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
splash of white wine
1 c. water
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 8 oz. package noodles
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
bay leaf
1/2 tsp. Telecherry pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Prepare noodles according to package and place in greased casserole dish.

Salt and brown the meat. Add onion, celery, and green pepper. Continue to brown. Add wine and cook until wine no longer smells like wine.

Add tomato sauce, molasses, water, salt, parsley, balsamic vinegar and herbs. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Pour over noodles and cover. Cook 1 hour. Remove bay leaf before serving.
