Cake Ingredients
2 C. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
4 T. Cocoa
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Cold water
1 C. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
2 tsp. Vanilla

Frosting Ingredients
1/2 C. Butter
1/2 C. Cocoa
3 2/3 C. Powdered Sugar (1) box
1/2 C. Milk minus 1 T
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix.
Grease and flour two 9" Cake pans divide cake mix between 2 pans
Preheat Oven to 350º

Bake 30 to 40 minutes.

Cocoa Fudge Frosting

Melt butter, add cocoa heat just till it begins to boil pour into small bowl.
Add sugar and milk, beat till spreading consistency.
Blend in vanilla.
Spread frosting while warm.
