1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
pepper
sliced potatoes
small onion
parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Bring white vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper to a boil and then pour over sliced potatoes, small onion, and parsley, while still hot. Cover and refrigerate. Stir every hour. Make the day before for best results.
