4 pound rump roast
1 can beef broth
1 can French onion soup or dry mix soup
1 bottle of beer
6 French rolls
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from roast place in slow cooker
Add beef broth soups and beer cook on low for7 hours
Split rolls and butter
Bake 10 min
Slice meat on the diagonal and place on rolls
Save the sauce for dipping the rolls with meat in
