1 lb. Polska Kielbasa ( Polish sausage)
4 strips bacon
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 cups sauerkraut
4 medium potatoes
Rosemary
1 medium onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, fry bacon very crisp, remove and crumble bacon into grease in pan. Add minced garlic and rosemary. Saute until lightly browned. Add kielbasa, sliced thin and cook until lightly browned. Cube potatoes and put into pan and cover. Add chopped onions if desired. Cook 20 minutes over medium heat. Add sauerkraut and cook for an hour over low heat. Serve hot!
