1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 cup light tasting olive oil

Directions:

Put the ingredients into a wide mouthed jar in order. Let the salt and mustard sink to the bottom. Immerse the hand held blender. When the mixture is white, begin removing the blender and catch any ingredients that haven't been caught up in the mixture.
