6 cups Cucumbers's (sliced)
1 cup Green Pepper (sliced)
1 cup Onion (sliced)
Liquid:
1 cup Cider Vinegar
2 cups White Sugar
1 t. Celery Seed
2 T. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice veggies and place into 2 quart jars.

2. Mix other ingredients in a large measuring sup. stir well. The sugar will not be dissolved yet. Pour over veggies evenly. Top off jars with cold tap water.

3. Shake the jars a few times during the 24 hours to mix. No need to cook. Ready to eat in 24 hours.
