2 cups Cooking Oil (for frying)
5 oz. Crab Meat
4 oz. Cream Cheese (room Temp)
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1 Green Onion (thinly sliced)
1 t. Red Onion (finely chopped)
1/4 t. Pepper
1 1/2 t. Sesame Oil
1 1/2 t. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
24 Won Ton Wrappers

1. Heat oil in large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, green onion, red onion, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.

3. Place the wonton wrappers on a work surface. Spoon 1 1/2 t. of the crab mixture into the center of each wrapper. Use your fingers to rub the edges of the wrappers with water. Fold two corners of the wonton wrapper together. Fold the other two ends together to form a parcel. Pinch to seal tight and make sure there is no leakage.

4. Working in batches add wontons to the Dutch oven and fry until evenly golden brown and crispy (about 1-2 minutes) Transfer to a paper towel lines plate.
