3 lbs. fresh fruit
1 pkg. [3 oz.] vanilla or French vanilla pudding, not instant
1 1/3 c, pineapple juice
1 1/3 c. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put chilled and washed fruit into a large serving bowl and set aside.
2. In saucepan, combine pudding mix and juices
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken
4. pour the sauce over the fruit and mix well
5. Refrigerate until well chilled

Personal Notes:
Jeanie notes that she has used green grapes, red grapes, strawberries, blueberries for the fruits so they add up to 3 pounds. Some berries are fragile for the mixing and serving. Also, I have used all pineapple NO SUGAR ADDED juice instead of the juices with sugar added. This recipe does very well if you can make it the day ahead and cover it.
