Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 lb. stewing beet 2 cans mushrooms 2 onions 1 or 2 cans peas garlic powder itailian seasoning pepper

Directions:	Directions: Brown meat in oil, add onion and seasonings and mushrooms with juice. 10 minutes before serving add drained peas. If you need more liquid while simmering add some pea juice.
