1 3/4 c all-purpose flour (plus more for the pans)
2 c sugar
3/4 c cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 c buttermilk (shaken)
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 extra large eggs (room temp)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp postum
1 c boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter two 8" round cake pans. Line with parchment paper, then butter and flour.
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt into bowl. Mix on low until combined. In another bowl add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry while mixing. Add postum to boiling water and stir, then add to mixture and beat.
Pour batter into a greased 9"X13" pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Frost with Patricia's Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.
