1 packet Old Bay Seasoning Shrimp Boil
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 pounds shrimp (can add crab or substitute for shrimp, if desired)
Lots of garlic -a couple heads, peeled
4 onions, peeled and halved
4 lemons, halved
6 ears of corn, husked and halved or use 12 frozen mini corn
1 bag small red potatoes-scrubbed (cut in half if they are large)
Cayenne pepper, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Add garlic, onion, lemon, Old Bay packet and cayenne to water and bring to a boil in outside pot. Add meats and vegetables in order of cooking time needed. Potatoes go in first. Boil 10 to 15 minutes. When they just start softening add corn and sausage. Cook 10 minutes. Then add shrimp till done. Drain and pour contents on newspaper covered table. Pull up a chair and enjoy!

Serve with cocktail sauce and melted butter for dipping and freshly sliced bread. Beer just enhances the experience.
