1 bag slaw cut cabbage or 1 smallish head -- chop either, fine
1/2 purple onion chopped fine
1 green bell pepper chopped fine
1 carrot chopped fine
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C white vinegar
1/3 C oil .... vegetable or canola etc
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, onion, bell pepper, carrot, celery seed, salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Set aside. In a saucepan whisk the sugar, vinegar, oil and dry mustard together and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Toss dressing with slaw mixture. Refrigerate over night (I can never wait that long!). Keeps up to a week in the icebox.

Something I thought of, and haven't tried yet, is chopping up some jalapeno real fine and add to this... no seeds of course.
