1/2 sheet of flatbread of choice
1/2 oz pesto sauce
1 portobello mushroom, cleaned and stemmed
1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
1 oz olive oil
1 dash salt
1 oz roasted red pepper
1 oz spinach leaves
1 slice of a red onion, sliced thin
1 oz manchego cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Season mushrrom with oil, garlic and seasoning salt and grill. spread pesto on flatbread. slice the cooked mushroom and spread evenly on the pizza, then red onion, peppers, and spinach. Top with cheese evenly and bake for 7 minutes or until the crispyness you like
