1 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup or tomato paste
1/2 cup dry red wine (optional)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can or jar of sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Saute beef with onions and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, wine, pepper, soup, and mushrooms (with liquid). Cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors. Lower heat and add sour cream. Heat gently-don't boil. Serve over noodles or rice
