1 pound ground pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups Bisquick
3/4 cup milk
2 cups (16 oz) sour cream
2 cups (8 oz) grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion together and drain. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick with milk and 1 egg. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Spread sausage and onion over top. Sprinkle cheese over that.
Mix sour cream with 1 egg and salt. Spread (gently) over the top. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
