9 x 13 Pan

2 lbs Ground Beef OR 2 lbs Boneless Chicken
2 pkgs of Taco Seasoning
Soft Shell Taco Shells - 1-2 packages
1/2 c Salsa
1 can Cream of Chicken
16 oz Sour Cream
2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Turn Oven to 350º

1.) Cook Ground Beef and Drain OR Cook Chicken then Shred
2.) Add Taco Seasoning and simmer according to directions
3.) Place meat into taco shells, roll and place side by side in the pan

4.) In a separate dish, combine salsa, cream of chicken, 1 c shredded cheese and salsa and stir
5.) Pour the mixture over the top of the shells
6.) Sprinkle 1 c Shredded Cheese over the top and place into oven
7.) Cook for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
