1 recipe "Ice Box Rolls, Dotty's Recipe", see Breads Section
1 tbsp. lemon juice
cinnamon sugar
raisins (optional)
chopped pecans (optional)
powdered sugar
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add one tablespoon lemon juice to the recipe for "Ice Box Rolls, Dotty's Recipe". Let rise, and then punch down. Divide into two parts and roll thin. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar, raisins and pecans. Roll into a log and slice approximately 1 inch thick. Place into greased pans and allow to rise again. Bake in preheated 400º oven for approximately 10 minutes. Combine powdered sugar and milk to make a thin paste and dribble or spread over rolls while still warm. For a festive holiday touch, top with pecans and red and green maraschino cherries.
