1 lb. sausage
1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. Bisquick
Directions:
Directions:
Mix with hands. Shape into balls; place on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 15-20 minutes.

* Diggie uses Release Foil on the sheets. Earnie uses a broil pan so grease drains to the bottom and doesn't harden.
* Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
