Ingredients:  
1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled
Tabasco sauce, to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper
1 c. quick grits
4 c. water
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1- 8 oz. can chopped chilies (hot or mild)

Directions:
Add Tabasco, salt, pepper and garlic to browned sausage. Cook grits. Mix all ingredients; pour into greased 9x13 dish. Bake uncovered in preheated 350º oven for 1 hour.
