4 large green peppers
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, minced
several yellow sweet peppers, minced
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soft breadcrumbs, buttered

Directions:

Preheat over to 350º.

Wash peppers. Remove stem ends, seeds, and membrane. Cook 5 minutes in 1 cup boiling salted water. Drain.

Brown beef, onion, and yellow peppers. Add remaining ingredients, except breadcrumbs. Mix well.

Fill peppers with meat mixture. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake about 30 minutes.
